The "Stages of a Painting"

While at the WSNC Annual Meeting we were all given a great book mark! It said:

"Artist Linda Baker often shares her Stages of a Painting with her students. Linda allowed WSNC to share these words of Wisom.

THE STAGES OF A PAINTING

1) This is going to be a good painting.

2) I think it's going to be okay.

3) I think I can fix it.

4) I think I can save it.

5) I can do it over again on the other side.

6) This is going to be a good painting!"

We all go through these stages ever once in a while (For some of us ...more often than not!)
